We used to talk of the darkness and how it left us without any meat on our bones. We used to get high off the black holes that lead to nowhere and kept us inside our heads. We used to dip our souls into the vessel that caged the restless birds. We used to scream as if nobody could hear us…until you showed up. Now we rage, relentlessly. These are the resurrected impressions of where we once stood. Forever in time.
